Jodie Grove, the heart of The Private Clinic Swansea, brings over 24 years of nursing expertise to her role as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Her journey in regenerative effective medicine & medical aesthetics is driven by a passion for longevity and wellness and a ‘less is more’ philosophy when it comes to medical aesthetics. Recognised for her professional excellence and a commitment to safety in medical aesthetics, Jodie’s vision has shaped a clinic that stands out for its personalised and subtle enhancements combing much needed regenerative effective medical care. Holistically taking care of a  patients well-being. At The Private Clinic Swansea , Jodie’s expertise translates into transformative results, reflecting her dedication to each patients unique  journey.

Jodie’s area of special interest is CO2 laser resurfacing and scar management, Jodie travels world wide to educate herself bringing life changing treatments to the clinic. Jodie has had a role as a European trainer and key opinion leader for CO2 demonstrating yet again her passion for delivering the best patient care. 

Jodie went back to university to complete her master in prescribing along with her dermatology diploma and minor surgical training with the royal college of surgeons.

Due to her  reputation in the industry and helpful approachable nature Jodie is frequently contacted by colleagues for advice and feedback on treatments and the equipment required to deliver them. Demonstrating that she is a leading voice amongst her professional counterparts.  

Through her work, Jodie identified a market need for medical grade skincare. After an extensive research and development programme, in 2018 Jodie proudly launched her signature skincare collection. Allowing patients to have the best products at an affordable price, Jodie is very passionate regarding patients doing their bit at home alongside in clinic treatments as often especially when treating conditions such as acne at home care can make all the difference to a patients outcome. Whilst the collection is being continually developed, it currently has an offering of over 21 different products. The skincare range is available at the clinic and online, whilst, also being stocked by various clinics across Wales.   

Such is her passion for excellence within the industry Jodie developed a training academy alongside the clinic to provide good quality, practical-based training to practitioners looking to enter the field. To-date, Jodie has successfully trained in excess of 45 Practitioners who has successfully launched their own businesses.

Jodie continues to assess the ever-changing industry of regenerative effective medicine & medical  aesthetics to ensure that she, and the clinic, are offering the best treatments.  Having grown her personal reputation, along with that of the clinic, Jodie is currently working towards a  framework to open more clinics across the country.  As part of this business plan, Jodie is currently working with several marketing agencies to develop their online presence to educate and increase awareness to a wider audience.
